To the family of Gertrude Taylor;
It was with sadness that I discovered this wonderful, gentle lady had passed.
We knew each other from high school. I was briefly her boyfriend, but remained friends for a number of years.
I use to drop by her house in West Oak Lane and play pool with her mother when I was a student at nearby LaSalle College (night division.)
The last time I saw GiGi, now Trudy, was by chance in downtown Philadelphia when she was employed by Jefferson Hospital.
She looked great and she flashed that beautiful smile at me.
I will also remember the times we shared in those early years.
Her parents were good people who raised a wonderful woman whom I knew as GiGi.
God bless you, GiGi, Trudy.

To My Cousins,
I am sorry to hear about Trudy's passing. She is now safe and resting safely in the arms of the Father. She has earned her wings with no more worries, sickness or sadness. She now is free to move about walking the "Streets of Gold." You will be missed along with your smile. May God continue to bless you all during your time of loss.
Love your cousins,
Charlotte (Scott) Simmons and Family
