Peggy-Bud stands out in my memory bank with dates back to Central High School days, Sunday SPO meetings as a model person in every since of the word. Was not aware of his military service, but proud he served our country as many of us have. Last brief conversation was during a recent Sportsman Club dinner gathering. A strong pillow of Murfreesboro, Bud is among the strongest. Memories will last.
Peggy and Family - I meet Bud while in Cardiac Rehab class at St Thomas Rutherford. We would talk about Vanderbilt football. He was my inspiration to try harder every session. I will always remember his laugh and his concern for others. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
With deepest sympathy for your loss. We are so greatful for the time we've known and worked for your family. Wishing you strength and peace in the days ahead.....
As an employee of Mr. Bud Young for over 20 years, I can honestly say he will be remembered as a very kind and wonderful man. The jokes and the fun in the office will certainly be missed. I feel very grateful for the opportunity to work for Mr. Young and his family. My heartfelt condolences go to Peggy, Davis, Brad, and the rest of the family. May GOD Bless !
I was a classmate of Bud's but really got to know him much later -- he was a very sincere person -- you knew where you stood with him, he was honest and to the point. He will be sorely missed.
