To Kay's family: My mother, Maria Whiteman, shared with me the sad news of Kay's passing. Kay was irresistible and had an infectious laugh (which I can hear now - 30 years later even!). So many facets to Kay that I never knew, but am not surprised. I'm glad that now she's getting heaven ready for the rest of us. You all are in my prayers that you can find peace and joy in her passing.

I met Kay a couple years ago when she was honored with her Golden Circle pin in Tri Delta at Founders' Day. We rode down to Butler together for the event, and I found her to be such a lovely sister.
My sympathies are with your family.

Kay was such a special lady and I treasure the memories of our time together while working at GTE. I can't tell you how many times we missed our exit for a meeting in the Carmel office because we were talking and laughing all the way from Westfield, or the lunches we didn't get to because of a good garage sale we had to stop at on the way. There was only one Kay and I will miss her very much!

Kay brightened my day at GTE every time I fixed a glitch in her computer.
