Lawrence "Carp" Carpenter
Karen, my deepest condolences. I just now heard and I don't have the words to say what I feel. I'm so glad I got to see Larry just a couple of months ago - he may be the most unforgettable friend I have ever had. God Bless.
We are so very sorry for your loss. Lawrence was a super guy and will be missed by many. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
When I heard the news of Larry's passing I was flooded with emotion and memories of coaching together for three years at St. John. Reading his obituary was like sharing a beer with him and listening to his stories. My deepest condolences to the entire Carpenter family.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Karen and family, Being neighbors in Brilliant for many, many years, are hearts are breaking again at the loss of yet another member of the Fourth Street gang. Wonderful memories have passed through my mind the last few days. Lawrence (our name for him) was always the same. You could always count on him to put a smile in your heart and a laugh out loud. My favorite memory was when he tried to teach me to dive in the Brilliant Pool. No explanation, just think about it. Lawrence was a son, brother, husband, father and friend. He was one of the GOOD GUYS. You will remain in our hearts forever. God bless your family as they go through this very sad time.
