I very fondly remember Dr Griffin from my undergrad days at the Denton campus from 1990-93. She had a wonderful sense of humor but I always greatly admired her 'craft skills' and her love of occupational therapy. I'm so very sorry for your loss and the loss of Dr Griffin from the OT profession.
We've been neighbors of Nancy and Bob for only a short time, but Nancy was in the true sense a "wonderful" neighbor! I never ask her about her train engineer's hat, but it always brought a smile to my face when I saw her in it.
On behalf of Texas Woman's University and TWU alumni everywhere who studied with or knew Nancy, we send our condolences. The TWU family will miss her.
Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.
