Robert "Bobby" Thomas Madden
Bobby was the first born grandchild from the Oscar & Maudie Blanton's children and I follow in being 4th or 5th. He was always my favorite cousin and I loved him dearly as well as his family. He would make me laugh and tell me I was the only woman who could sit on his lap and give him loving hugs.(other than his wife and kids and his precious granddaughter) I stayed a blond always and one time Bobby bleached his hair and told me he wanted to have blond hair like mine. LOL. I am so proud of his time he spent in the military fighting for the freedom of the U.S. He suffered injuries but he was proud to show them when asked. He taught and played with everyone one of the best card games I know of.
It's been almost a year since losing my favorite and most loved cousin. The memories I have of Bobby along with his special wife Diane and their children will always make me smile, laugh, love & even cry at times. I know Bobby is with our Lord and Savior at this moment and I look forward to the day I can join him and sit on his lap again without causing any pain. I love you Bobby and miss you so much. Diane and children I will always be here for you, my love is never ending! May God bless you all and comfort you in your loss of Bobby and other family members this past year.
Uncle Bobby was a hero to many, the funniest man I knew, and the best darned uncle out there! He is loved, and will be greatly missed by all of us!
