We'll remember the great times we had at Milagro.
We were so fortunate to meet Rodney & Judy through our mutual "Iowa connection." The time we spent with them may not have been long but it was delightful!
We have known Rodney since 1970 from Iowa City days. We have enjoyed vacations with he and Judy and also knew that he would be "Captain" on our narrow boat trip in England. And Rod was always a "Captain" in our activities. We will miss him, and the good arguments that he would always initiate. Our sympathy to Judy and other Slack family members. He will be missed.
Rod was a wonderful friend for 42+ years. We made many camping and skiing trips together and had many great "anniversary vacations" with he and Judy. He was a big influence and trainer to our first dog Blithe. We will miss him dearly and send our deepest sympathies to his wife Judy, also our dear friend, and his family.
Rod was a wonderful friend. He always made "Happy Hour" happier for me when he was sitting at my bar, drinking his "Milagro Gold" and telling me stories. It is usually the bartender that tells the stories, but Rod always matched me, tale for tale. I'll miss you, Rod.
