Dearest Sue and all the Hipperson Family,
Your father was a lovely man. I still remember the first time I met Mr. Hipperson; he has the biggest, warmest smile of anyone and had a special way of making his childrens friends welcome in his home. I am really glad I could know your dad, he is truly unforgettable. My heartfelt sympathies to each of you as remember and honor, and thank the Lord for giving you such a special father. Love and God Bless, Stephanie

Roy was a mentor to so many of us in North Spokane Rotary. He really didn't mentor me in the technical aspects of my business (although I bet he could have). He did however show through example how to be a man of ethics and strength to stand tall for what you believed in. He was an unabashed Christian. He was a great husband and family man. We needed then and need more men like that today. He served his country during the war and then his community. God blessed Roy and now may He bless the Hipperson family. Thank you Roy for allowing me just a peek into your heart. You will be missed.

Very respectfully,

John Carlson
