Alan and I were so saddened by Tex's passing. He and Delores were the first neighbors we had when we moved to Richfield in 1977. He was always kind and helpful and although we didn't keep in close contact through the years, we will always remember his smile and Hello at "yard sales". Peace to Tex and condolences to his lovely wife and family.

Robert, Sad to hear of your father's passing. Please accept our condolence and respect for your family. Tex was a kind, patient person. He seems to have passed that on. May God bless your family with peace and hope.
Sincerely, Richard and Jamie Wilkinson

Uncle Tex was a great man, with a great soul. When I was younger He look the time to listen to me talk & talk. Tex meant the world to me before My Grandpa (His brother passed)& even more so after.. I loved making special trips to see him, Delores & Aunt Jean even though not as often as I would of liked.. I have SO MANY memories of him arrowhead hunting as a child & as an adult having him at My Wedding & later on him bonding with My Boys having the chance to get to know that kind of love.. My Boys never quite got how they were related & at a early age began referring to them as "Grandpa & Grandma"(I attempted to correct them)But to see his face light up, was a AWESOME sight to see.. I like so many are heartbroken & at the same time happy that this sweet man is NO LONGER in any pain & is probably already doing things that he hadn't been able to in sometime with his family (siblings) that have gone before, to the last time My Family & I visited he still spoke of how he missed them all.. My One regret is that My Uncle Tex knowing already or not is that I was unable to tell him how he meant the world to me & that I love him more than anything.. To My Aunt Delores & their Family My thoughts love are with you always & forever

I have fond memories of Uncle Tex, he was always smiling and he always took time to really listen to the children. He made each one feel important! I will miss listening to his awesome ghost stories. My love to the family, give Mom a big hug for me Uncle Tex, you will be missed.
