The Upstate Master Naturalist Association would like to express our most sincere sympathy to your family. We are writing a remembrance of her in our upcoming Newsletter. She was in the graduating Master Naturalist class of 2011 and made many many friends within the association. She will be missed by all that knew her.

Growing up in Clemson back in the sixties, Terry's family and mine were only a handful of Catholics attending DW Daniel High at the time. Terry and I became fast friends in those years, and I was blessed to see her often in school, and on the weekends in church.
I also have very fond memories of Terry as my Prom date my senior year, and how lovely she looked in her dress.
I had spoken with her shortly before she entered the hospital for her surgery, and I still remain both bewildered, and sorrowed by her passing.

Such a gentle, sweet soul she was.

I have no doubt Terry is with God now, and heaven is definitely enhanced by her presence.

I knew Terry and the kids in Cookeville many years ago. Terry, Ana and I were quick friends. Terry's love for family and friends was always the draw for me to her. She loved with abandon each person she met. My prayers are with her family and close friends as she will be greatly missed.

Reading all the lovely thoughts and feelings expressed about Terry, I am struck by the way each person describes Terry's warmth, easy friendship and genuine caring. She always had a smile for you! She was a positive in my life as a young girl, and I see that she was that same lovely person all through her life! Blessings to all her family as you grieve. She was such a dear lady!
