Timothy Charles Bertheaume
The Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen is deeply saddened by the news of a fallen brother. We wish we had many more like you. Thank you for holding my feet to the fire on rules compliance and train handling. I know you didn't like it when I held your feet to the fire but we always got our train there without incident. The conversations in the middle of the night to keep each other awake will not be forgotten anytime soon. Tim, Thank you for being a friend and mentor. Now get to the happy hunting grounds that we talked about and enjoy eternal life!
The family of Tim wishes to express our most heartfelt thank you to all those who supported us through the difficult time surrounding his passing. It was such a comfort to know that he had touched so many lives in his own special way. Your support helped us to cope at this sad time. We gratefully acknowledge the many phone calls, Mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers, food, and monetary donations that were made in his memory. Although it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we are deeply grateful to you all.
Deepest condolences to Tim's family and friends. I enjoyed fishing with him on the Bay when I lived in Ashland. He was a kind and happy man with many friends. He will be missed.
My very deepest condolences to Tim's family and friends. Though I never had the privilege or working with Tim, I did however, benefit from his many stories, jokes, kind gestures and contagious smile & laughter. The bible says,"lean not on our own understanding..." But we tend to be a bit greedy with the ones we care most about. I hope I get to see Tim in heaven and shake his hand and thank him for his kindness and his advise. God bless you Tim
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Brian and Jenny Mrnak
