It was my pleasure to work as Dr. Sampeck's office manager for 10 years. He was a genuine gentleman and working for him was a highlight of my working career. My love to the family

My prayers go with the family whom I knew
during their time in Tyler, Texas on the
deaths of Dr. Adrian Sampeck and also
Dr. Philip Sampeck my classmate at
St. Gregory.

You taught me how to fish among many other things. I recall the many times we sat on a pier like I'm on now, just waiting and talking about nothing and everything. I'm fishing now for you Dad. I feel like you are here with me, it's the only realistic and significant way for me to express my grief. I love you, Dad,

May you each find comfort in the wonderful memories you hold. Dr. Sampeck was truly a kind, caring individual, who loved his family with all his heart. The first time I met him, he was interacting with his children in the most touching manner: I was only a teenager, and yet it's still a clear memory over forty years later! In all the years I've known this family, I've never once heard a negative comment about Dr. Sampeck. He was truly a one-of-a-kind, brilliant, gentle man. My goes out to the family, and you are all in my prayers. And I love you, Carole. I'm here if you need ANYTHING.

You have always been my best friend, counselor, touchstone, the greatest boss ever, and above all, my Hero. Godspeed on your new journey. I love you so very much; always have, always will. Bet you, Phil, and brother Marion are out fishing already -- and catching some real lunkers! Save some gear and bait for me -- see you soon (in Heaven Standard Time).
