I was saddened to to hear of Alans death we played a many of summer league baseball game at Woodstock Park together great baseball player and a wonderful friend. Condolences to his family. God must have needed a pitcher on his baseball team.
I have many early childhood memories of Alan....iI am so thankful we re-connected at the 40th reunion. My heartfelt feelings to his family, with love.
RIP, my friend. I always enjoyed playing baseball against you and with you. You were a class act!
I had the pleasure of working for Alan at Gold Coast Beverage. He was a wonderful man. My heart goes out to his family.
I fondly remember Alan as far back as 7th grade math class. It was hard listening to the teacher because of all his commentaries. It took a lot of self- control not to laugh out loud. He used to ride his bicycle over to our neighborhood. He was easy to talk to. We all knew what a super baseball player he was. I'm so glad I got to see and to talk with him at the 40th reunion. Alan was still his charming and witty self. My sympathy to Alan's children and to all who held him dear. Shalom.
