I am so glad to have seen Alan in March and get to chat with him. I hadn't seen him in more than 10 years, since I had moved from Bakersfield. I used to ride Harley's with the Zackary's and will remember all the fun we had and getting to know his family. Alan was a wonderful person and a great family man - He will be missed.

Lt. Zachary looked stern but he really had a big heart. He didn't like 'red tape' and preferred to cut through it to get things done. Every time he talked about his family, his face beamed. He loved them so much. He lived life his way. May his family take comfort in the fact that he is with the Lord now.
