I just read this and learned of your dad's passing almost a year ago. You too were blessed with wonderful parents of the "Greatest Generation". I assume you moved to Houston after retirement to be around your grand kids you love so much.

Dear Susan, I feel so blessed to have known your loving family. I regret that I didn't hear of your Dad's passing until after the service. May all the wonderful memories of your parents bring you comfort during this difficult time.
In 1959 I worked with Albert at HEB #4 ...my uncle boy(Al luresen) and albert taught me how to be a butcher....they was rough on me...BUT they taught me so much...even today as a hobby I still cutting meat in a little shop i have. My
