Mrs. Otto was a very kind and loving lady. Always welcoming to friends of Kathy. My prayers are with Kathy and the entire family at this time of loss. But we are also thankful that Mrs. Otto lived a long and full life to love her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and set an example of a true Christian lady.
