My condolences to the Killebrew family. I was one of Alfred's caregivers & I am just now finding out that he was called Home. I wish that I would have known so I could have attended the service. He was such a great man, a man that I highly respected. I enjoyed all of his stories, wisdom, & most importantly, his friendship. We would talk & laugh for hours on end. I looked forward to seeing his face light up & a big hello each morning. I was very blessed to have known him & to have been a part of his life. I will take these cherished memories with me forever. He will be greatly missed & will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Dearest Killebrew Family,
Sending my condolences in the loss of Mr. Alfred Kellebrew. He was a very fine person.
I also attend Parker Memorial Church.

Was unable to attend graveside service as I had to take my daughter to Birmingham airport. I am sorry to have missed the service.

Many fond memories of visiting my grandparents and Uncle Al in Anniston. Cousins everywhere, a big basement full of mysterious treasures, great southern food- including squash, black grasshoppers and lots of fun. Great adventures for the California cousins. He was a very kind man who always made us feel welcome on our visits. He will be missed.
