Dear Dean and Family: Kathie and I express our sympathy to you and your family. Alice was a caring, understanding, and gracious person. She was a wife to her husband and a mother to her sons. She was a true conservative Democrat. She was in touch with the Lord. When Kathie and I visited you and Alice two years ago, sitting in the library, Alice being next to me, starred at me for the longest time. Then she put her head down, got closer, looked me in the eyes, and said to me 'You are a Strehlau'. I held her hand and said 'Yes'. That moment was and will be with me forever. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. Dean and Kathie Strehlau

Dear Uncle Dean and Family:

We were so very saddened to hear of Aunt Alice's Death. She was a wonderful Aunt to Denny and a Gem to get to know for Linda. May the presence of your Sons and their Families give you comfort in this time of sorrow and our Deepest Condolenses to Joe and Family, Pete and Family and Bill and Family. Our Love and Prayers are with you all...
