ANN AND I GREW UP TOGETHER AT SANTA RITA. LEE JR HIGH AND CENTRAL AND THE FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH, THEN ON TO UT. SHE WAS A GREAT FRIEND.
Ann's level of commitment to local, sustainable food and organic vegetable gardening was remarkable. She has left an indelible mark on the Houston area's Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) movement. Ann's influence will be felt, will reverberate with other like-minded individuals and will create a legacy in the Houston geographic area. I was honored to know her and to join her in our work to support the movement in which she fervently believed. Ann was an inspiration and a model for all who believe in local, sustainable agriculture. Her spirit will forever serve as an inspiring guide. --Ann Hall
Ann was my peer, yet I admired her from afar. She was a leader and had a cool head; a maturity that few of us possessed. We will decorate for the reunion in her absence and honor.
We have ALL lost a Beautiful, beautiful person. Prayers and sympathy being sent your way. "Skip"
I am sad to hear of Ann's passing. We recently reconnected at our CHS reunion meetings. She was so looking forward to our 50th reunion in October and will be missed by many.
