Your mom taught my Biology class at CHS in 1958. It was one of my favorite subjects. In reading The Hill, McDaniel College magazine, i just learned that she was living at Vantage House. In an attempt to send her a hello note I found she'd passed away just recently. I'm so sorry for your loss, she was a great lady and a wonderful teacher.

I am Ann's cousin and can remember when we went down to the creek in the summer and canoed. She was always upbeat,energetic and happy. She loved the outdoors ,her garden and her dogs. She also was very proud of her grandchildren.We worked on genealogy together when I would visit from Florida. As a teacher she will be remembered by many of her students.

I can still remember my favorite teacher at Woodlawn High School, back in the '60s. Mrs Klingaman was the only teacher I ever had that made biology fun. She was a wonderful teacher and a wonderful person.
