Dear Rich and the family of Ann,
Please accept my deepest condolences. Annie was such a nice and caring person and although I didn't work with her too much (she worked at Wardenburg on Saturdays only) the times that I did were memorable. I particularly remember her being very kind to my son who was only about a year old at the time. Rich, I spoke with you many times during this ordeal in order to get Annie's retirement paperwork in place and the whole time I just wished that there was more that I could do for you both. Please know that I'm thinking of you in this difficult time and thinking of the great person that Annie was. Please take care.
