John mentioned about honesty and integrity.....Here I'll mention about the legacy that he inherited from his father, our grandfather,
L.SukhDyalNijhawan.....he was an Inspector of Schools and was
usually writing his personal letters during the office lunch recess..
For this,he carried his own personal ink pot from home...he wouldn't use the office ink for his personal letters!......i write this for the 3rd generation to note...so they can keep it up......
Our heartfelt condolences to you - Pramodh, your Mother, Nancy, John and all the family members.
I have heard thru you of your wonderful Dad and wish I had met him in person. He was such a great and amazing personality of his time. You always talked highly of your Dad's wealth of contribution in the field of Metallurgical Engineering and R &D while working throughout the world including with United Nations and who has left an indelible mark.
You were so lucky to have such a marvellous Dad with a remarkable journey. God bless him and his entire family.
We are sincerely sorry for your great loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during these difficult times.

Pramodh & Nancy, All should look at the beautiful video attached to this website. We would be blessed to make such a worldwide contribution as Dr. Bal Raj Nijhawan.
