Billie and Gary, Our thoughts and prayers have been with you since we heard of Billie's mother going to be with the Lord. Of course she is in a better place now with no pain. Praise the Lord for her life and the many prayers she has prayed for so many of us!!!! May God bless both of you during this time of sorrow that she is no longer with you.

Billie, I am saddened to learn about the death of your dear mother. She was a sweet, gentle, and patient soul who always managed to put up with whatever we threw at her. I remember many, many good times at your house. I was especially grateful that she allowed us to eat bread soaked in a stick of melted butter, pan fried, and slathered with blackberry jam. I gag at the thought of it today, but I loved it then, probably because it was never allowed in our house. Loved her for that!

Please know that I am holding you gently in my heart as you mourn her passing and sending you strength for the days and years ahead without her.

Nana, thank you for the godly heritage that you and Papaw left for your children and grandchildren. Many people know Jesus because of the way you both lived your lives. I know where you are--in heaven having a blast with Jesus right now and praying for the rest of us. Can't wait to see you again in heaven. I will and so will so many because of your life.
