The past two weeks have probably been the hardest two weeks of my life, but I wouldn't change it for anything. I'm so very grateful that I was able to spend some time with you Gramp, to play some songs for you and tell you that I love you, to hold your hand and talk with you. You taught me my first guitar chords when I was fifteen and that has been the best gift I have ever received. Whether you know it or not, you changed my life for the better and I try to live my life by emulating the same kindness,love, and compassion you have always shown to others. Thank you so very much for not only being a great grandfather but a mentor in my life. Love you so very much gramp, I won't say goodbye, I say so long, till I see you again.
