I was a close business associate of Carl's during the early SiRF and then later CSR days and I had the pleasure of working and travelling with Carl to do customer and employee training. In addition to being bright and articulate, Carl was also lots of fun and there was never a dull moment when he was around. I will wear my suspenders in honor of him.
Carl was a classmate in Grant Jr High and at Springfield High School, Springfield, Illinois. He was always smiling, kind, considerate, and very smart. He practiced his Spanish walking home with friends. he was a gentleman, humble, fun, just good people. I don't think he ever changed his good character, and I know he contributed much to this world. I'm thankful Carl was a childhood friend.
Our condolences to Sue and the family. We miss Carl and remember the good times our boys had in scouting. Carl was a great leader and teacher for the scouting program. We remember the family hike we took together. We are sorry for your loss.

Carl was one of the most knowledgeable people I know. He was always helpful and patient and also tenacious in solving problems. I will miss his learned counsel and his pleasant demeanor. His passing is a great loss for all.
