Kent, Keith, Chris and Kurt, I am at a total loss for words. I just found out that Carol passed away and I have been out of town for most of the last two months. Carol has been one of my dearest friends for many, many years and Carol and I spent so many hours at each others house. I watched you boys grow up and I am so very sorry for your loss. Carol was a wonderful person and friend. Our most recent conversations were always about our grandchildren. She was so proud of her grandchildren as well as you boys. I am so sorry I wasn't there for all of you. You're all in my thoughts and prayers.

I knew Carol many years as I used to date one of her sons. We remained friends & stayed in touch long after that relationship ended. I just learned of her passing and am mournful beyond words. It's true Carol ALWAYS seemed to have a smile on her beautiful face and though its been 13 years since we last spent time together I can still hear her delightful laugh. She was an intelligent, thoughtful, kind & loving person and she passed on all those qualities to her four sons. My deepest sympathy goes out to Kent, Keith, Kris, Kurt, Jennifer, Dylan & Katelyn. Matthew 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God.

I loved looking at the photo gallery. It reminded me of my teen years with my mom and Carol being such great friends, and I had 4 more brothers to hang out with. What wonderful brothers they were. Remember the beach camping, sandy but fun.
Carol sold us our first house. I loved her. She was always there for me, my mother, my family, she was a perfect friend.
She remained a friend to our family and will always be remembered for her laugh and love. She LOVED her boys and grandchildren, her face would light up any time she was given the chance to talk about you. Guys, she was so very proud of each of you.
I hate I was not there Sunday, I would have liked to have been, for my mom as much as for each of you. Kent, you and I were good friends, and I remember when I was 14 & loved you more than the sunshine:). Your mother is very special. Please know I am thinking of you and your brothers.
All my love, Lisa Howie McGaha

Carol with all her health problems had a smile on her face and brought joy and sunshine where ever she went.

Carol was an amazing woman. Raising four boys was no easy task, but Carol remained strong, positive and optimistic. Her smile was contagious! I was  teenage friends Kris, Kurt and Keith. As an adult, I became close friends with Kent too. I am so glad that I got the opportunity to know Carol as I matured in life, which allowed me to have nothing but  the upmost respect for her. I know you boys are so proud to call her your Momma! Xoxoxo
