Our favorite story ... is the day i first went up to meet Granddaddy and Grandma Ruby...the directions she gave me were't the best ...started out in my car ...had a flat, started out again in dad's truck ...was close to them but kept missing the street ..When I .called while I was on the wrong side of Ohio street , Granddaddy Charlie told to go back to firehouse ...I did and fireman got a fire call so didn't get directions, but tried again just when I was about to give up ; I found them... we all had the best first meeting reunion ever we all still talked about it ....I did't have quantity time with him but had quality... the last thing he said and did was kiss my hand and stay he loved me and to tell David he really like him.... what a memory to hold...Susan Corbin Galaz and husband David

Wonderful man of God. He will be missed greatly. Every time you saw him he always had a hug and kiss for you and always smiled.
Had a chance to visit with Charlie a few years ago at his home, What a christen testamony this man had, It was far by the best I have ever heard what a joy to have know him. Just listening to him made you want to be a better person. He will be missed by all that ever knew him
