Ours hearts are sad at this time. We know how hard it is to lose a Dad, Granddad. Even though the time will always come we are never ready for them to go. The one thing you can be at peace with is that Red is beathing good now, no longer in pain. He will be greatly missed, but not forgotten. He and Betty were always very sweet to me. My fondest memory is that Betty always made us pumkin bread at Christmas. I just loved it. (the hard part was to get it before David ate it) Our prayers are with you all, especially Betty. It has to be very hard to be married to someone almost 60 years then not have them. Only time and love from all of us can help that heal. Love to you all.

Betty & family, I sincerely share your loss. Now, Dave & Red can share their war stories in a much better place rather than over the fence or in the workshop. Ginger Carter
