Dale The Truckin' Bozo Sommers

I learned of Dale's passing last night. I want to take this time to pass my greatest sympathies along to the family. I'm so glad i have some recordings of the shows just to hear that bigger than life voice. My friend you will be missed.

Dale Summers a great light that shown brilliantly in our live. A great blessing to our industry. I enjoyed listening to you for a number of years. A man of faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our Lord will wipe every tear from your eyes. No more pain only a hope we believers share. My our Lord comfort your family in this season n that they have a reassurance we will all be together in our Lords glory. My deepest condolances to Sommers family, i met Dale (Boz) several years on the radio before i started driving truck. What a feeling to turn the radio on the midnite truckin radio net and hear a friendly voice. Spent so many nights listening you thought we were teaming. Dale was the 1st talkshow i ever started listening to.you brought me thur many a dark night. Gods peace to your family

I just heard about this great loss, my thoughts and prayers go out for this wonderful man and his family. I spent many nights listening on the am side, as well as on Sirrus. I had an injury that has taken me off the road, in early July, at which time my subscription to Sirrus came to an end. I was informed by another driver just the other day. I'm truely sorry for your loss, he will be greatly missed! I realized that I'm late in expressing my sorrow for your family.
