Dear Norma, Norda, Dina, and Bliss,

I wish to express to you all my condolences. I was deeply saddened to learn about Dani's passing. His death is a loss to so many persons whose lives he touched through his warm, friendly, and caring personality and through his art work, especially his cartoons. I will remember him and the happy times that you, Norma, and Dani spent together with me and other friends in Manila and on that one memorable occasion when I visited you and your family in Nashville. His print of a heron and a carabao still graces my living room and will always remind me of him. May your memories of Dani and the love you shared together confort you in your loss.

With deepest sympathy,

Ping Serafica

Dear Norma,
The news of Dani's passing saddened not
only me but many in the family.
Though we have not seen each other nor gotten in touch for quite a while, you both have been in my thoughts.
I remember how Dani and you took time to visit Esther during a visit to the Philippines. Dani and you prayed and shared the prayer of your son which I still have among my prayers and devotional. He drew caricatures of those present; mine is on the wall of my room at my home in Paranaque, Esther's on top of a shelf near her bed.
He and you have been a blessing to many and have touched our lives with your love and caring. Dani will be missed.
May our Lord continue to bless and
comfort you and your loved ones.
Affectionately,
Jing Cervantes Guanco
