I remember when the Brodys with their young family moved into the neighborhood. Mom and Dad were fast friends with Dave and Thelma. Dad schooled Dave in the fine art of vegetable gardening, and the two would compete for the biggest cukes and the earliest tomatoes. Dave and Thelma introduced Mom and Dad to the No Name Restaurant; Dad introduced Dave to Spags. My entire family thought the world of Dave Brody. With my parents gone, and now Dave, Davidson Road will never be the same.
