Dr Delores cared for my infant daughter Rebecca back in 1984. She was a very caring and sensitive doctor and I appreciate that to this day.
A piece of my heart just went too. She and Dr Spencer took on the case of a young 7 year old boy who developed heart problems from Rheumatic Fever and this "young boy" of now 55 will forever be grateful to her for saving my life. Thank you Doc for helping me get through all my surgeries I am eternally grateful and I bid you a loving farewell the way you always greeted me upon every one of my follow-up visits to you:"Greetings and Salutations!"
Sending you my sincere condolences on your loss. As your colleague on the Faculty Senate council, I always admired the fine work you accomplished and your devotion to Dolores.
Dr.D took care of our daughter for more than 25 years. Our pediatrician gave a list of doctors to see when Stephanie was diagnosed. When we met Dr.D. it was if the heavens opened and God told us "this is the person to take care of your daughter". When my daugher had her first surgery her head had to be held striaight for hours. The doctors told us Dr.D. was the one that held her head the whole time. When Steph was in an off off Broadway play weeks after surgery Dr. D with Dr. Gabriel came to the play. When Steph was at another hospital as an adult Dr.D. came to visit her. Dr.D. gave Steph her home phone number and said to call whenever she had a question. All this things will always be in our hearts.
