I remember the first time I met Diana. We had just moved to Houston where my husband joined the Houston Post. She was gracious and warm and went out of her way to introduce me around. She always made me feel at home in her presence. I suspect she did that for most everyone. My heartfelt condolences go out to Bill and all the family. She was one amazing woman.
Dear Hobby family,
I feel very sad that Diana is no longer with us. You all were such an important part of my childhood and we had so much fun together. Laura and Paul, I will never forget our secret way that we climbed over the mulch piles and into each other's backyards and our never ending tadpole pursuit! Our Mom's took turns feeding us and bandaging our wounds! On behalf of the Pranke family, please know that we love you all.
Truly a great Lady of Texas, Who gave to all !
To Bill and the family,
Our profound sympathy to you during this time of loss and remembrance. May your precious memories of life with Diana sustain you in the days and years ahead.
Dear Kate and Laura,
I have such great admiration for your Mom and so sorry to hear of her passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
