I would like to say goodbye to Edna and send my condolences to her family. I met Edna while hiking the Camino de Santiago in 2011. She hiked with us for 5 days. We had a great time talking and laughing together. She was an inspiration to me. I was younger but I sure couldn't walk as fast as Edna. I hope you are having as wonderful a walk with God as we did with you here.
My dear Edna
I will miss you so much. We had so many fun times over the years starting in Kelowna then Victoria and Mexico. We laughted a lot and we talked a lot and some days we cried. But we were always positive that things would get better. Kevin and Sandy and family know that your mom loved you with all her heart. She wanted you to stay close and support each other. Hopefully your memories will sustain you and give you courage in this difficult time
Sandy and Family; We were very sorry to learn about your mother's illness. Life is very short and very unfair a lot of the time. Your mother was such a great person who really enjoyed her work and her life. Working with your mom was real pleasure; if only more people had her qualities we would all have more harmony. Our deepest sympathies to you all.
