to the Branning family:
i am so sorry to hear of Ed's passing. He served on the Yorktown with my father, Albert Jansen, and i was fortunate enough to meet him at several of the Yorktown reunions in Charleston. I only learned today that he passed away. I will treasure the stories told by my dad and Ed at those reunions. What a great generation!
