Well, this is never easy is it. No matter when or how old you are, she is still mom. Remember her the way she was before she got sick. Her love, her smile, her laugh. I keep remembering a phrase that she said so often "yeah, that's exactly right!" I can hear her voice as I write this. We love you all and we are so sorry that you are having to experience this, but as we all know...we will see them on the other side and will be together forever. Our love and prayers Dana and Debbie.
Worked with Ethel for years at Burlington, we had lunch, breaks and rode together. She was always a classy lady. We did have our differces when it came to basketball, she was a Carolina fan and me Duke. Sorry for you loss, I know that she was a great mother and grandmother. She will be missed.
