Falvey Lennen Malarcher Sr.
Angela and I wish to extend our depest sympathy! Our hearts and prayers are with the family. I never met Sr. But worked with Jr. and have enjoyed leisure activities with he and Kati over many years.
I had the honor of working with Falvey at TI/Raytheon for most of my career. He was also a very close friend and I was able to enjoy his family/kids while they were growing up. Two of his sons joined my Boy Scout Troop and not only were they a pleasure, buy Falvey became the Scoutmaster and Assistant Scoutmaster for a long time. Falvey was a tremendous resource in Scouting and he was excellent being part of a Troop where the Scouts were the leaders. He would explain that Scouting is one of the few organizations where youth can learn leadership and he was a key part of that effort. He will be remembered in the hearts of many Scouts.
So sorry to hear of Falvey's passing. I worked with Falvey a number of years ago at Texas Instruments and met up with him more recently through St. Mark Church. We will be sure to keep all of your family in our prayers.
To the Malarcher family: Wishing you all much strength and courage during this time of loss. You are in our thoughts.
I had the great privilege and honor of working with Falvey for over 30 yrs. at Texas Instruments/Raytheon. I considered him a very close friend. He was always smiling and never seemed to get down, no matter how trying the situation. I especially liked to engage Falvey in politics...if you didn't have an opinion on some political topic you could count on Falvey to provide one.
I'm a better person for having known Falvey and I'll always remember him with fondest thoughts. My prayers are with his family in their time of need.
