In the last year, Ward and I have been sorting through all of the written cards and journals that Mom has kept throughout her entire life...we were very touched the by many, many people that she knew and loved, including every single person who ever worked with her at Sears...she kept up with every one of you, your children, and even some of your grandchildren and all the events in your families' lives. She was a devoted, loving mother, grandmother and wife. And, she was ever-faithful to her church family. She was also deeply committed to the women's group and functions, and was a leader by example. She was the most loving and unselfish woman I have ever known. And I know she would want all of you that she cared for so much to know that she never stopped loving every one of you. She was a truly unique and special lady and will be deeply missed by all, including myself...she has been my "Mama" for over two decades now and always will be.
