Frankie, One of my few and trusted friends. Viet Nam made us friends and our togetherness as LPPP's will last forever. Goodbye Frank, until we meet again. Tom Savel

The first time I met Frank was when he drove onto to the campus of CW Post College on a Harley long bright Red hair flowing from underneath his helmet in the early 1970"s. We later were on the job together. The last time I seen him was when we marched together in the St. Patrick's Day Parade several years after I retired! Frank, you were larger than life, and gave to life, and all who had the pleasure of knowing , all there was to give. Rest in Peace my friend for you lived a good life!

Frankie,
What can I say. You taught me so much as a LRRP. You made me laugh many times. You opened your home to me and allowed me to meet your wonderful family. You will always be in my heart. Secure a LZ for us to follow you. In the blessings of Christ.

While he was here, he made us laugh, now we are sad. Fortunately we have a lifetime of wonderful memories of Frank. He was a legend in his times and the boys of blue will always remember the kindness, devotion, and dedication to his department, Country, and of course, his family. He was one of a kind and cannot be replaced and will be a big addition up there with the big guy...There will be plenty of laughter up in heaven...I will miss you buddy...To Karen and the family, my heart and condolences go out to you all...
