Happy 55th Birthday Brother!

There are many friends who wished you a happy birthday today on Facebook and that just makes me smile and fills me with pride for it shows what a wonderful person you were to so many.

DeLaSalle held their annual Athletic Reunion on August 23rd and for the first time, or so I believe, they honored a former athelet and you were selected as the honoree! I believe Larry Scott had a lot to do with that.

He invited us to attend and Ellie, Dorian, Mike and I went and the three of us were presented with a fantastic poster containing enlarged copies of all your baseball cards. The poster was so well done, I immediately had it framed and hung. The evening itself was uplifting to say the least as we were able to hear many tales in which you were the central character.

I miss you and your stories which I so much enjoyed hearing you tell.

Dorian's second born, Sydney, turned one year old and both Ellie and I, Kira, Kaila and Kira's first born Bella Reese, attended her birthday party at Josh and Dorian's house in Baton Rouge (they still have it on the market).

Mike's Uncle Vernon passed away and we attended his funeral in Ohio this past September. Before he died he visited us in May and brought his boat, a fishing pontoon, down with him cause he wanted to give it to Mike. So now we have a boat in the front yard! I sure wish you were able to join us on a fishing exhibition; wouldn't that be fun. Mike and I are terrible fishers; we haven't caught any yet we can eat!

I'd like to be able to tell you more about Dorian and Olivia but you know how busy those girls of yours are; I hardly get a chance to talk to them.

On October 18th, I went to the Sanger to see Theresa, the Long Island Medium and I thought you might be coming thru when she kept getting the number 4 and nobody associated with it and because she kept receiving the number 4, I thought maybe it was you trying to show "44" but she wasn't in my vacinity so I keep quite. Eventually someone claimed the 4 meant something to them cause she had lost two children, both of whom were born in the 4th month, April. Secretly, I still think that was you screaming 44!

Theresa assured the audience that our loved ones remain with us in spirit and we will meet again when its our turn to cross over. That has always been my belief too.

Well, I just wanted to wish you a happy birthday and highlight some events of the past year cause to me you will always be alive in my heart.

Know that you are loved by many many others; not just me.

My High School Friend and Sports' Buddy, You left us far too early in life! I was viewing my personal emails today and saw the DelaSalle alumni dinner invite for band and baseball, with a memorial to Frank Wills! I'll do my best to attend in honoring You at this event. I'll always remember the greatest of times on the football / baseball fields with you. As your fellow alumni & teammate, I was so proud that one of the many Cavaliers of New Orleans made it beyond the college ranks during our time...you were destined for greatness! I, amongst the many, continue to keep you close at heart...Thought you would like to know I played on a World Series Championship team for Men's 48yr. old division...played out in Phoenix, AZ
The goal was fulfilled in '06...!

Baseball is one of the greatest constants in life and we lived it with passion!

God has blessed you with your spiritual presence, prayers to your loving Family,

Frank, see ya on the Field of Dreams one day!

Frank, I'm so proud to be your sister. You are so loved by so many and missed by all. If and when you're up to it, give me a sign you're with me in spirit and make my day. You were wished a happy birthday this year by thirteen friends; that is amazing.
