I will certainly miss Georgene! She was always a highlight of my San Diego trips to see my sister Carol. Steve you are in my prayers. She is in a better place where no pain exists.
Very talented Lady. I remember visiting her home and seeing all her bunnies. I love my angora mittens she made me.
Georgene -- You were my oldest cousin, only 6 mos older, but over the years, you seemed to beat me at lots of things ---married first, first child of the cousins, much more creative and talented than I, but I've enjoyed our many memory moments of when we were kids, and common (and occasionally, not so common) memories of family history stories. Thanks for your help in my genealogy quest. With fond memories, I bid you "Good-bye". Hope we meet "on the other side".

I knew Georgene through my work at her feedstore. Always always admired her for her strength and ability to speak her mind. The Carter's Hay and Grain gang will miss her. Thank you to her husband for his gracious and loving account of her life.
Steve, My thoughts and prayers are with you and all your family. I knew Georgene through rabbits and many hours on the phone and aol. She will be remembered in my heart with love!!
