To the Ostrout Family,
We're very sorry for the loss of Fran. She was a wonderful person and I always thought of her as my second mother. I loved her spunky personality and how she said exactly what was on her mind. She told it like it was, take it or leave it. She will difinitely be missed by the Bosse Family especially Mom. Our thoughts, prayers, and love to you all.
