I am so glad I was able to visit my Dad's cousin, Glenn, and sweet Mae, this last Thanksgiving, when I took Glenn our Parrott family history and several original Parrott family photos.Rest in Peace, sweet Cousin.
How can I ever thank you for baseball, bull riding and picadillo? You enriched my life in so many ways, and truly, "the sweetest thing I ever knew was loving you." Our conversation on your last birthday keeps my heart til we meet again. Sandy
To a dear friend that taught me so much. I remember meeting Pappy in Lamesa and liked him from that moment on
I first met Pappy when I was on detail from the Lubbock Station down to Presidio for Operation Intercept. Never forget Pappy telling me to get in the car and lest go. The next thing I knew we were crossing into Ojigaga in uniform guns and all to go see the cattle that were in holding waiting to cross into the U.S. over the next years worked with Glenn. Sorry to hear of his passing.
