We just heard that Gordon passed away from one of his friends at the Kent Residence. We knew he had been ill and were wondering how he was, sorry to hear of his passing. We walk every day in Gates Park and always enjoyed our chats with him, he truly was a very nice man. We will think of him whenever we pass the spot where he would sit and enjoy the sunshine, greeting all who passed with a smile and a bit of pleasant conversation. Condolences to all the family.

Sad to hear about your Dad. Gordie was lovely person and a wonderful neighbour. Our kids used to love dashing across the lane to visit. We know he'll be missed by all who knew him.
I have fond memories of Uncle Gordie up at Roberts Creek. He was such a nice man. So sorry for your loss.
I've worked with Gordie at CWP for many years. Always a friendly man and I always marveled at his ability with numbers. RIP Gordie, I guess you'll be tallying lumber up in heaven.
Gordie was a genuinely nice man - a real gentleman who always showed an interest in what a person had to say. Always so pleasant. The world was a better place having Gordie in it.
