Grant looks great in that photo. I remember him so well, and watched as he aged with Lynn and his terrific family. It is wonderful to seem him remembered so well by so many. God bless each of you.
I remember uncle Grant always carrying a smile on his face. He was a man that carried a grand disposition, which I strive to possess. He will be greatly missed, but a legacy that will never diminish!
It is difficult to express the feelings I have had over the years I have known Grant. I met him first in his capacity of Bishop and he captured my heart as a friend. We served together when I was in the High Council and he as 1st Counselor in the Stake Presidency. Throughout our friendship he was my spiritual mentor who could mix the seriousness of his callings with the joy of a father watching over his children. He gave me the responsiblity of teaching his own children when he called me as a priest advisor and for this experience I will be eternally grateful. Grant dearly loved you, Lynn, and you Darin, Brian, Sherlyn and Jared. He was a great man. Beautiful in every sense of the word. Julie and I send our deepest condolences and love.
