Grandma you are an inspiration to me
I celebrate your life, Grandma.
Not the years nor the days,
But all the mountains you have climbed
and all children you have raised.
Ever since the day I was born.
You have nurtured me with love and kindness.
You have been someone I can believe in,
In this world I am just starting to understand.
And it's important to me that you know
How grateful that I am,
For all that you given me,
For all that you taught me,
And for the strength I will always have.
I really feel quite special
That God chose you
To be my Grandma in my life
The time that we spent talking,
I've always felt you heard...
You were so good at listening
To each and every word.
And even things I didn't share,
You somehow heard them too.
I think this is a special gift
That God had given you.

For being there for me,
And showing me acceptance
And love so totally.
I believe that God sent you Grandma
As our legacy from above,
To share the moments of our life,
As extra measures of His love.
