so sorry to hear of Harold's passing. take care Peggy and remember my thoughts are with you.
I am sorry to read of the passing of Harold. I worked with him in the late 1960s and early 70s at Woodward's Stores in Port Alberni. Harold was fun to work with. His good natured soul and sense of mischief (at times) were a joy to all who knew him. He was a hard worker, and he always had a word of encouragement for new employees at the store. Harold's passing is of some significance, given that his was a pioneering family in the Valley. The Bishops were a very community minded family, as can be seen by their many years of dedicated service to the Valley. I extend my sincere condolences to his surviving family members.
Sorry we cant be with you all but know our thoughts and prayers will be plentiful come Saturday as you celebrate the wonderful life of my Uncle Bud. There are so many happy memories from childhood through to his attendance at Brad & I's wedding which was our last "face to face" visit. Couldnt be happier that my kids have had the change to spend some time with Peg & Bud themselves and stored up additional memories of their own as young adults. He may be gone but can never be forgotten. With love from Nevada, Sheilagh, Brad, Erin, Cameron & James
