I always enjoyed my conversations with Harry. He was a kind man who genuinely loved his wife Rhoda. Whenever I spent time with him, I left realizing how much he loved and valued his wife. I am better for having known him and Rhoda. He will be greatly missed.
Just to refresh your memory, I am the retired athletic director from WHS and I had the great privilege to sit with the Cevolis at your table the night Harry was inducted into the Hudson Coutny Athletic Hall of Fame. Is was a well deserved honor for Harry, and by most accounts, he was the greatest basketball player to graduate from Weehawken H.S. I am that I could not attend the wake and tell you these words personally. Sincerely, Richard Turpak
