Harry A. Rose 1923 - 2014

Harry A. Rose

Wednesday, February 26, 2014
Working with Harry in my early days at Lilly was such fun; he and Dale Spurgeon worked diligently in preparing my journey though life. I'm grateful to have known him and also his lovely wife, Ethel. They were a sweet couple and know they must have been the greatest parents and grandparents. Such wonderful memories.

So sorry to hear of Uncle Harry's passing. I'll always have fond memories of Uncle Harry and Aunt Ethel and all of you visiting Grandpa Nace's house in Harrisburg during the summers when we were all growing up. I know you will all miss him, but your memories will always be there. All of you take care.

I would like to express my condolences to the Rose family, and especially to Maria. I did not have the pleasure of meeting Mr. Rose, but it is clear from what I read that he was a fun person and a hard-working member of the community. In spite of this difficult time, Maria, I hope that you are doing well. (Kathy Mulhern)

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your father, Maria. I heard Father Bob mention it at church this weekend. I attended Little Flower and Ladywood schools with you.
