My condolences to the entire McClatchey family. I read Helen's obit in the Free Press this morning and wanted to send a message to especially Mary Lynn. My mom is 92 and still living in her house on Grosse Ile but is sadly very weak and bedridden. Only The Lord knows how much longer she will be with us. Our moms, such wonderful women, were just so selfless and raised these large families. We were lucky to be a part of such loving homes. Thinking of you. Marlene Gronda Chopp, Brownstown, MI
My sincere wishes go to the family at the loss of your dear mother, grandmother who was loved so dearly.
Many years have passed since last I seen your mother and family.
It also sorrows my heart to see that Dr. Ken D. has passed who was a friend from our high school years so many years ago. Ken (Duck) went to St.Pat's and myself. ( Len aka Moose ) went to Mt. Carmel in Wyandotte.
God rest her soul and all the souls of those who passed in your family.
Our Lord has called a grand Lady home she will be missed my many on earth but there will be joy in heaven. We are sorry to miss the service due to medical reasons and offer our condolences to the family. What a blessing to know that she will be reunited in Heaven with her husband and son. You all are in our prayers.
Blessings in Christ,
Sandy & Bill Louden
